Bam.

Inspiration. Hope.  Faith. I’ve lost so much of all these things lately. Inspiration hasn’t hit me in a while. I haven’t seen something that’s caught me eye and wants me to make myself a better person, or to try something different. Hope is something that I’ve struggled with off and on throughout my years, and I did at one time promise myself that I would never lose it ever again. Yet here we are, and there’s still a major lack of it. Faith in myself and faith in the people that surround me. Where is it hiding? I can’t find my faith. But suddenly it hits me as I walk outside and feel the warmth. The sun! The sun is my inspiration. It’s always there, even when the dark clouds attempt to block it out. It always keeps on shining. But the sun is not only my inspiration; it is also my hope and faith. I feel a light start to flicker in me. I know have inspiration, hope, and faith. I have hope that there will be better days and I can achieve my goals if I work hard. I have faith that there’s someone always going to be there for me.

What Have I Been Doing Today?

Studying. One simple word, but yet, it takes about 50% of my daylight time. Why? Because I like to conquer my homework when it’s still light-out. Which just means I practically never see daylight. Haha. That’s probably why my skin is the color of Edward Cullen’s...I should really spend some time in the sunlight...

Anyway, I study better when I am motivated by songs. The songs that motivate me are:

Reopening my blog!

Dear Blogging World,

It’s been so long since I’ve created a blog post! D: Never fear, Sunlan is here again! ;)

The person who inspired me to blog again? Danna over at My Life. Danna is one of my best friends, and I recently found out that she has a blog! haha. I figured that if she managed to keep up with a blog, maybe I could too! :D And especially since I gave up my pinterest for lent and had some extra time on my hands...

So...What have I been doing for these past few days?

Worrying about my quartet group. We have a concert in two weeks, and we’re not completely prepared. However, I do have hope that we’ll all practice by our performance, and I will continuously try to perfect my part. We are rehearsing the Mozart Piano Quartet in G minor. “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”. This quartet has put my under a lot of stress; however, it does give me more experience. And I hope to “fiddle people's socks off,” as my violin teacher states. (:

Vacation

Hi!
Sorry it's been a while since I last posted. I've been on vacation.
On vacation, I got to stop by my friends', Lulu and Eliza house. Lulu and I have been pen-pals for five years! I became friends with Eliza a couple of years ago. I had so much fun at their house!




On the car ride, that seemed to never end, I took many pictures. Most of those pictures contain clouds.

At home, I never really think of clouds. But when you're stuck in the car for at least seven hours, you notice things that follow you wherever you go.

Sometimes while in the car, it would suddenly start storming; and then the next moment, it would stop and be sunny.

This is General Electric. He's one of my realitives' donkey.

Fireworks

Sorry, I know this is a little late but...Happy 4th of July! :) My brother and I went to see a show of fireworks by our house. I stood in the bed of the pickup truck to see better and to take some pictures of the fireworks.

Hello!

After a whole month, my sister came home from Korea! Jaclyn had bundles of fun. She bought me a couple of things, and one of them is this very cute pencil box that is a bear!
Also, my brother is home for the summer from college which means that I have to a room with my sister again. But I'm not too depressed about it. :)

Last Tuesday I went to the beach and got sunburned! I think I needed to reapply the suntan lotion more often. Haha! Now I'm peeling. It's quite lovely.

I got a playlist! I hope you enjoy the sweet music. I think Winter from The Four Seasons by Vivaldi, is my favorite.
